The location was perfect, close to Sofia Mall, the city center, and transportation options like the metro. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were helpful and polite. Despite the language barrier, they made sure my needs were met and I felt well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean and offered free parking, a huge plus. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the Metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a large selection of delicious food, including local pastry 'banica'. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any requests I had. this hotel ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience for me.

The room I was allocated was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the city. The shower provided was fantastic, a big plus for me. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and the metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city. Another advantage was the availability of free parking, saving me the hassle of finding a spot.
the bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, causing me to have a restless sleep.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the centre and within walking distance of Sofia mall and the Mall of Sofia. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean, new bathroom and shower. The lobby, restaurant, elevator, and corridors are well maintained and inviting. The breakfast is satisfying, with a variety of options including cheese, ham, salami, boiled eggs. The hotel also offers free parking for guests.
Some guests have experienced issues with the private parking, as it can be small and crowded.

We loved the convenient location with free parking, spacious rooms, and beautiful view. Appreciated the separate bed for my child and the extra touches like chocolate candies and tea/coffee making facilities. The reception service was also very nice.
